Her overall beauty look is one of our all time FAVS - natural glam with pops of bright colors for an airy springtime wedding. Plus, we LOVE that she rocked her glasses on her wedding day; it's a part of her identity and it perfectly complimented the romantic day! Her photographer, local favorite Mathilda Louise (another DG bride!), has become a staple in our wedding photographer rotation and you'll definitely see why when you peek some of these shots. Brianna picked an absolutely stunning Maggie Sottero gown that she purchased off-the-rack. It was the perfect look for her super romantic and timeless wedding day. We love the supportive tank straps, the plunging v neckline that she customized to be more modest, and the truly dramatic ruffle ballgown. This skirt adds SO MUCH TEXTURE to her wedding photos and creates a whole bunch of movement and visual interest. This is a great way to showcase how a dress can be "plain" without being boring! Add a sparkle belt for a touch of extra glam and you have a classic ballgown wedding look!
We LOVE Brianna's overall wedding day look. Her cathedral length veil was beaded with crystal and pearl accents to match her belt, plus her delicate gold hairpiece perfectly complimented her boho-yet-bridal updo. Also we lost it when we saw that she kept her glasses on for the wedding day. We totally love when brides keep true to their identities on their wedding day and for many brides, that means keeping their specs! Feeling confident and comfortable on your wedding day is the most important and that includes your vision - don't sacrifice being able to SEE your gorgeous day just for photos. Some brides look into contacts or surgery, but honestly, our favorite solution? We've met some brides who bought bridal-inspired eyeglasses (or at least glasses in their wedding color palette) to stay true to themselves yet keep this accessory special, too!
