HOLY. HECK. GUYS. Our newest #dgbride, Grace, is one of the SPICIEST brides we've seen in a hot second. Her ultra glam, ultra modern wedding day was literal perfection; we lost it over this wedding gallery by local photographer Alyson Gronberg. Grace and her fiance, Will, were married in the chicest ceremony in winter 2022. She chose the MOST STUNNING ballgown dress - we don't wanna give away too many details, because we want you to have the same "WOW" moment we did. WE WEREN'T KIDDING, Y'ALL! Aly is our first and only bride in this absolutely stunning Abella Bridal gown (style E200). We have the fitted version here in store as a sample, and while Grace looked like a whole meal in a fitted gown, a beautiful, dramatic ballgown was her wedding vision. We reached out to the designer to find out that there was a ballgown version of the SAME DRESS! Grace saw the pictures, fell in love, and ordered - without us even having the sample in the store!
This stunning ballgown features a visibile, couture boning structure made to emphasis the waist and breasts. Abella is a European-styled collection, made with drapey fabrics, sexy accents, and dramatic details. The dress features no lace or beading, but instead is made entirely of silver sparkle! On a hanger, this dress seems like SO MUCH, but when you put it on a body like Grace's.....the silhouette becomes the most visible design feature and the sparkles blend to look like liquid fabric! We love that Grace was able to see her vision and trust that the fabric she loved in store, plus the pattern she saw in the photos, would come together to make her perfect gown.
