#dgbride? Because I don't know if y'all are ready for this SPICE LEVEL. Hottie bride Katie married her soulmate, Kyle, in a fabulous intimate and summery ceremony this previous July. Their timeless yet romantic wedding day featured all the good, good stuff - a stunning dress, gorgeous bridal party, and photos courtesy of wedding photography masters
Kay x Bee. We have no doubt that Katie would have looked like a snack in anything she chose, but after seeing these photos of her wedding, we are RUNNING to the gym. Or toward the Ashleys to make us look like that. Whichever. Get ready to fall heels-over-head, fam!
Katie chose an absolutely SPICY Essense of Australia gown featuring a gorgeously low back, delicate spaghetti straps, and subtle sparkle throughout. Her multiple layers of lace create visual dimension in her photos, while also giving her the best of both worlds - a bold, modern lace applique layer with a delicately vintage Chantilly lace layer underneath. Katie chose to keep her look traditional by picking a stunning ivory/ivory color palette. We knew that we wanted her wedding look to be romantic, sexy, and sophisticated - which we totally ROCKED!
Check out some of these GORGEOUS bridal shots of Katie! We love the linear lace detailing throughout the dress, perfectly placed to highlight a woman's silhouette. Her lace detailing through the skirt, placed along the thighs, was created to give a long, luxurious look. Her dress also features sexy yet subtle side cut outs, showing off just a hint of skin underneath the bold lace layer. Her softly plunging v neckline is sexy, but also still sophisticated. This dress features almost NO beading, allowing for the structure of the gown to really show you off - just like Katie!
When it came to styling her girls, Katie wanted a simplistic, yet totally comfortable look. She chose a super flowy chiffon look from Jasmine Bridal in 2021 power color "Cafe." This dusty mauve features a slightly taupe undertone, which perfectly matched all of Katie's bridesmaids' hair and skin tones. She kept everything easy and low maintenance by having all the girls in the same fabulous dress, featuring a banded waist, plunging v neckline, and side slit for a tad of sexiness!
