Y'all ready to meet the newest, spiciest #dgcouple?! Introducing Abby and Alex, one fabulously hot pair of newlyweds! We're biased because we got to help style the whole group for this shebang and boy, did they look good if we do say so ourselves! Their photographer, local stunner Becca Louise, sent us over these sneak peeks ASAP after their wedding day and we lost it, truly. We weren't kidding, guys, when we said this couple was spicy!! For Abby's dress, she knew she was looking for a comfortable A-line that still made her feel sexy and sophisticated. Comfort was definitely a priority because we knew this wedding was going to be a PARTY - dancing, games, and hugging all night long meant Abby needed to move + groove the night away. Her Allure gown (style 9806) featured illusion long sleeves, perfect for their wintertime ceremony, along with a gorgeous mocha undertone that beautifully compliments her hair and skin. Her dress has big, bold lace appliques throughout the sheer bodice and skirt, a perfect balance of timeless and modern. Add in the delicate sequins throughout the lace appliques for just a kiss of shimmer and Abby truly picked a stunner!
When it came to Alex's look, we knew that we wanted to keep his menswear look totally chic and timeless. His classic black-and-white look perfectly complimented the creamy neutrals that Abby wanted for wedding day. The guys looked handsome in our style 103, a trim fit tuxedo will a notch lapel - a truly timeless tuxedo style! Alex kept his look consistent and easy by having all his groomsmen in this classic attire which kept all of their wedding photos crisp and clean!
We absolutely loved getting to know this couple - Alex and Abby are a fun-loving couple, full of laughter and love. Their group was full of energy every time they came in, so we knew that their wedding had to be a blast. Plus, we have a feeling that this sophisticated-meets-boho vibe is going to be a favorite for upcoming 2022 and 2023 brides!
