#dgcouple: Allison + Alex

Our next #dgcouple is one near and dear to our hearts, y'all! Allison and Alex were married in an ultra bright, super dreamy summertime ceremony and their photographer, our resident favorite Shelby Laine, was literally the perfect pick. We got super close to Allison and Alex during their wedding planning, so it was definitely a huge celebration when their wedding day finally arrived. We could hardly narrow down our favorite shots, so get ready for an overload of this super spicy couple!

We weren't kidding when we said this couple was spicy!! Allison and Alex knew they wanted a timeless, romantic wedding with pops of modern details. For her dress, Allison picked the PERFECT combination of all her favorite design features! She landed on style D2548 from Essense of Australia, a stunning illusion high neckline gown complete with fit and flare silhouette, multiple layers of lace, and beading from head to toe! Her sexy side cutouts showed off her curves while still keeping the dress sophisticated. We love that Allison chose their all ivory colorway, keeping her look chic and classic while featuring bold lace appliques. This style was made for a modern, sexy bride who wants a gorgeous look while still feeling modest.

For Alex and his guys, we landed on a classic black tuxdo look - timeless, handsome, and totally fitting for their more formal affair. We kept the look full of dimension by using various shades of black, charcoal, and grey to keep the look monochromatic, but still visually interesting. We love how classic all these men look! We can happily recreate this look for your groomsmen, just tell your consultant during your tuxedo appointment!

Congratulations, Alex and Allison! We are SO GRATEFUL you trusted Dress Gallery to style you for your big day. You both became fast friends with us all and we were excited, but also sad to see your day come and go. Wanna just get married every year?! We wouldn't mind! We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and laughter. Cheers to the Hamel family!
