Can we talk about this unique wedding venue?! Katie and Josh had to change their plans a few times due to COVID-19, so eventually they both threw up their hands and said "Let's just have some fun!" A family friend owned a liquor store, which they decorated for the occasion and filled with cardboard cutouts along with a small group of friends and family. The entire day was down-to-earth and intimate, along with totally cool! Get ready to take a peek at the bridesmaids' bouquets!
Katie's bridesmaids were the most fun group of girls. She wanted the group to be mismatched, but keeping in the jewel tones of her wedding colors. We girls dressed up their outfits however they wanted to, boots or heels, and we love the unique combination of colors and styles. Add in bouquets wrapped in Crown Royal bags (we told you this day featured good liquor!) and you have the the perfect combo between fun and sophisticated.
We kept Josh's look sleek and cool, featuring a patterned black tuxedo and hunter green accents. We love how he paired his look with silver sparkly Chuck Taylors - the perfect compliment to Katie's belt! Also, can we talk about ROCKING her pink leather jacket it?! Talk about the ultimate alternative bride! The whole day was Quintessential Katie & Josh, a fun-loving couple who wanted an equally fun and fabulous wedding day.
