Time to spice things up! We are so thankful when brides share their experience with their loved ones and, by doing so, other brides choose us as their bridal boutique. It's particularly special when being a #dgbride runs in the family! Let us introduce you to Ashley & Madison, two #dgbrides who are also sisters. Madison married her soulmate, Drew, in July of 2020 and Ashley married her soulmate, Kash, in August 2020! So Madison's up first! Her wedding was originally scheduled for March of 2020, but they pushed the date back due to COVID-19. Despite the change of plans, Madison didn't let that stop her perfect day! We styled her in a gorgeous A-line Morilee gown featuring a soft tulle skirt, heavily beaded bodice, and absolutely zero lace!
Madison wanted a classic, romantic look that fit her down-to-earth and bubbly personality. Her extra sparkly top created the "WOW!" impact we were looking for, while the soft tulle skirt allowed her to float throughout her reception. Combined with a perfect sparkly veil (it was her something borrowed!) and we think Madison did a great job keeping her look chic and timeless.
We were lucky enough to style her husband, Drew, and his crew, too! (I'm on fire right now.) To match their slate blue and greenery color palette, we kept Drew's look airy and summery by using a light grey. Accented with pops of dark blue, the feminine color palette got a masculine feel!
Fast forward just a few weeks and it's time for Ashley's wedding! Ashley and Kash originally planned to get married in April, but also moved their wedding date due to COVID-19. Ashley wanted her wedding to be rustic and elegant - a very different vibe than Madison's! She kept her wedding different by utilizing a different vibe and decor, but still a summery color palette.

Ashley and her husband, Kash, are definitely more rustic than Madison and Drew - so we tried to style the menswear groups accordingly. Kash's group featured dark navy suits with greenery and some western accents! We love that Kash stayed true to his personality and rocked an awesome Stetson!
We love that Ashley kept her wedding traditional by having a church ceremony first, followed by a blast of a reception. Her cathedral photos were among some of our favorites from her gallery!
